Winchester Ammunition is seeking a skilled Electrician to support electrical maintenance and manufacturing operations at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems supporting high-speed automated ammunition manufacturing equipment, facility power distribution, and production operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced industrial electrician who can diagnose complex electrical and control issues while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
Salary: Starting Pay: $32.76 per hour with potential to earn up to $37.63 an hour depending on experience.
Shift: Dayshift and nightshift available. Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and cover overtime as needed.
Shift Differentials: Weeknight Shifts ($.70 per hour)$1,500 sign-on bonus; $750 paid after 90 days and $750 paid after 180 days.
