Job Description

Allied Electric is currently seeking an Electrician to join our team with at least 2 years of experience! We focus on the Commercial and Multifamily markets, handling projects ranging from trouble calls to large-scale installations. Allied Electric has been serving Texas and Louisiana since 1975.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
• Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
• Troubleshoot motor and control systems
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the commercial electrical field with a current Texas Electrical License
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
• Reliable transportation and possession of appropriate hand tools
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Other:

• Salary based on experience, licensing, and assessment tests
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7AM-3:30PM, with some overtime
• No work outside Houston and surrounding areas
• Vehicle incentive or company vehicle based on driving record and responsibilities
