Norske Electric in the Twin Cities, MN is seeking a Minnesota-licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician with residential service experience to join a team focused on doing things the right way. You’ll walk into homes, diagnose issues, explain options in plain English, and complete high-quality electrical work while delivering outstanding customer service and building trust.

Qualifications

• Minnesota-licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician with residential service experience.
• Ability to explain electrical issues in plain English to homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with a mostly clean driving record; ability to pass drug testing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes to diagnose electrical issues and provide safe, compliant repairs.
• Explain recommended work and options to customers in clear, non-technical terms.
• Perform high-quality electrical work while delivering excellent customer service and building homeowner trust.

WHO YOU ARE

Minnesota-licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician with residential service experience who enjoys building relationships with homeowners.

You walk into a customer’s home, figure out what’s going on, explain it in plain English, and complete excellent work.

You don’t need to be a pushy salesperson.

We don’t want that.

We want electricians with a team-orientated mindset who can build trust, educate homeowners, identify legitimate electrical and safety needs, and let the customer make an informed decision.

You have a Valid Drivers license and mostly clean driving record. Able to pass regular drug testing and background checks.
