Job summary

Eanes Heating & Air is seeking a Licensed Electrician with residential experience to join our growing team in Burlington, NC. HVAC experience is a plus but not required.

You will troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical components in homes, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining field safety and organization. The role requires 5+ years of electrical experience, a valid electrical license, and willingness to pursue ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience.
• Electrical license is required.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education.
• Residential service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and practical application.
• Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure code compliance.
• Valid and clean driver's license.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meeting predetermined targets and sales goals.
• Assist customers in evaluating repair vs. replace options.
• Assist in generating and scheduling replacement consultations (as indicated).
• Meet or exceed performance minimum standards.
