  • State-issued Electrician License (Journeyman or Master Electrician) may be required depending on location.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing electrician experience.
  • Proficiency with AC/DC motors, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, control systems, and industrial automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
  • Diagnose and correct electrical issues in production machinery, motors, conveyors, control panels, and automated systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
  • Test electrical systems and continuity using multimeters and megohmmeters.
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes.
  • Collaborate with engineers and maintenance staff to support equipment upgrades and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
  • Follow all plant safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE.

Job Title: Industrial Electrician / Maintenance Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to support electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in our manufacturing facility. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted production and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8–12 hours per shift
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, twist, reach and climb ladders for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
  • Frequent use of hands for gripping, handling, and operating equipment and tools
  • Ability to visually inspect tools and equipment
  • Ability to hear and respond to machine sounds, alarms, and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, vibration, and varying temperatures
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
