Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team for the DMV area. This role will involve working on construction sites, including retirement communities and resident-occupied dwellings, in various locations across DC, Baltimore, and Virginia. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with NEC standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.

• Utilize tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues.

• Collaborate with construction teams to build and install electrical systems on-site.

• Conduct inspections of electrical components to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.

• Perform frame carpentry as needed to support electrical installations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.

• Proficiency in using various testing equipment including voltmeters and ammeters.
