Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in electrical wiring, panel building, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Wiring & Assembly: Perform point-to-point wiring of control enclosures, panels, and backplanes according to schematics and work instructions.
• Cable Routing & Termination: Route, cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires with proper labeling.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs to complete assemblies accurately.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect work to verify connections and wiring quality.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform continuity checks and basic functional testing; fix wiring issues.
• Material Handling: Gather materials, components, and tools; ensure correct parts are used.
• Documentation: Complete production documentation, checklists, and quality records on time.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and support lean initiatives.
