Job summary

Eaton is seeking an ATS Assembler I - MFG - Production in Arden, NC. The role involves winding, assembly, wiring, and copper fabrication to build sub-assemblies and complete control equipment units.

You will perform quality checks, prepare products for shipment, and follow schedules to meet demand while maintaining a safe work environment. Salary is hourly at $19.50 with standard shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; no immigration sponsorship.
• Preferred mechanical and wiring experience in manufacturing.
• Read and interpret blueprints; basic computer skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire Main Breaker Units according to specifications and production requirements.
• Perform full mechanical assembly, including structural build-out and installation of electrical components.
• Execute complex wiring tasks using schematics, diagrams, and BOM.
• Ensure copper connections meet bracing specifications.
• Inspect completed work to verify electrical and mechanical performance standards.
• Complete final cleanup, packaging, and preparation of units for shipment.
• Follow production schedules to meet Main Breaker demand.
• Collaborate with supervisors, team leads, and coworkers to expedite production issues.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
