Job summary

tesa is seeking an Application Solutions Engineer - Electrical Solutions (Wire Harnessing) to support customers and Sales with technical consulting, testing, and implementation in our Customer Solution Center. You will help grow automotive and e-mobility wire harness solutions while translating harness requirements into reliable tape and process solutions.

The role splits time between our Customer Solution Center in Sparta and our Novi office, with 2-3 days in each location weekly; travel around

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in wire harness or automotive electrical roles.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting to customers and Sales for wire harness applications and tape selection.
• Plan and execute application testing and trials.
• Support line implementations and document results.
• Troubleshoot quality and process issues on-site.
• Travel ~40% in the USA; collaborate cross-functionally.
