The role requires a high school diploma, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training for wire-cutting machinery is provided. This is a full-time, in-person position with potential overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret order tickets
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy in measuring, labeling, and stocking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to operate wire cutting machinery (training provided if necessary)

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and spool electrical wire and cable according to customer order specifications
• Operate wire cutting machines and related warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Verify product type, gauge, length, and labeling accuracy before order completion
• Accurately record wire cuts and material usage in the inventory management system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wire cutting area
• Inspect wire and cable for defects or damage prior to cutting and shipment
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control as needed
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
