Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, modeling, VDC/BIM, or related role.
• Experience managing modeling scope, coordination, and technician output.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and electrical modeling workflows.
• Experience participating in or leading trade coordination and clash resolution efforts.
• Understanding of electrical constructability and how modeling supports detailing, fabrication, and installation.
• Ability to identify missing inputs, define timelines, and communicate impacts when constraints arise.
• Proven ability to protect scope and elevate out‑of‑scope requests appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical modeling process on assigned projects.
• Own the modeling Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Manage internal and third-party modeling technicians.
• Ensure models are populated, coordinated, and maintained per project requirements.
• Coordinate with other trades and general contractors to deliver a coordinated model.
• Balance hands-on modeling with team leadership depending on project size.
• Deliver modeling outputs that support detailing, fabrication, and field installation.
