Responsibilities include trenching with trenchers and manual digging where needed; the role involves operating near electrical equipment and traveling as required. The successful candidate will bring substantial excavator experience, demonstrate leadership of crews, and hold a Class A CDL or be eligible to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Experience with excavators of all sizes and trenching across utilities.
• Ability to lead a crew effectively.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Ditching of new house services and subdivision services.
• Trenched projects using trenchers; hand digging where equipment cannot access.
• Learn to work around electric equipment and maintain safety.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
