Genentech in Holly Springs, NC seeks a highly skilled maintenance specialist with direct electrical experience to own the integrity, reliability, and compliance of critical plant utility systems during a Greenfield startup.

You will lead troubleshooting, support start-up, provide coaching, and collaborate with Engineering, MSAT, Quality, and Production while maintaining cGMP standards and CMMS documentation. This is a fast-paced startup environment with high accountability.

Qualificações

• Direct electrical experience in operation and maintenance of facility utilities systems.
• Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and support start-up.
• Coaching and training of personnel; owner or functional rep on projects.

Responsabilidades

• Establish site maintenance program for utility systems during plant start-up.
• Participate in FATs/SATs for equipment; support other asset management functions.
• Develop LOTO procedures, electrical SOPs, and PM plans.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, local codes, and Roche QMS.
