We are seeking a highly skilled maintenance specialist with direct electrical experience to lead troubleshooting, startup support, and maintenance of utility and facility systems. You will own safety, cGMP compliance, and CMMS documentation, collaborate across Engineering, MSAT, Quality, and Production, and help develop PM plans, spare parts strategies, and O&M procedures for

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 10+ years in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Valid NC Electrical License.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with utility, electrical systems and cGMP environments.
• Proficiency with CMMS and quality management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance program development for utility systems during startup and operation.
• Develop PM plans, spare parts strategies, and master data in CMMS.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical distribution equipment.
• Support NFPA 70E, LOTO procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Document work orders, calibrations, and equipment logs in CMMS.
