Job summary

PowerGrid Services, LLC is seeking a skilled supervisor to oversee construction, installation, and maintenance of electrical transmission systems. You will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to standards, while mentoring team members and documenting progress.

You will supervise gloving, equipment operation, pole setting, and restoration tasks, manage multiple crews, and verify as-built documentation. Travel and weather readiness are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A experience installing/maintaining overhead and underground power lines.
• Valid CDL A required.
• First Aid Certification required.
• Competency in CPR and pole top rescue required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email, Abacus, Excel, KPA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, installation, and maintenance of electrical transmission systems.
• Supervise gloving on voltages up to 40 KV.
• Supervise operation of bucket truck and digger truck.
• Set up and operate all wire pulling equipment.
• Manage multiple crews and projects.
• Inspect jobs after completion and ensure documentation.
