Job summary

PowerGrid Services is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee construction, installation, and maintenance of electrical transmission systems. You will lead diverse crews, ensure safety and quality, train team members, and maintain detailed project records. The role requires CDL A, First Aid/CPR, and the ability to work in varying conditions and locations.

You will coordinate with customers, supervise high voltage work up to 40 KV, and manage multiple projects to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A CDL and safety certifications are required.
• First Aid, CPR, and pole top rescue training are required.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office, email, Excel) is expected.
• Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of construction, installation, and maintenance of transmission systems.
• Train and mentor team members; document progress and maintain records.
• Schedule crews and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Supervise operations, safety, and compliance at worksites.
• Coordinate with customers and oversee voltage work up to 40 KV.
• Inspect, audit, and ensure quality on each project.
