Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont seeks an instructor to develop, coordinate, and deliver NCCER-based construction training. You will guide learners through safety, electrical theory, the National Electrical Code, tools and techniques, and residential wiring, aligning the curriculum with OSHA standards for apprenticeship programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining student records, administering tests, providing feedback and coaching, and adjusting instruction to diverse learning

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; NCCER certification preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and NCCER standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of student performance and attendance.
• Deliver NCCER curriculum and safety training.
• Administer module tests and provide feedback.
• Tailor instruction to diverse student needs.
• Prepare reports to assess curriculum effectiveness.
