Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an instructor in a training environment.
• Experience instructing in electrical system maintenance.
• Curriculum development and training delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development, review, and improvement of training materials and curricula, including classroom lecture, hands-on simulation and online technical training
• Delivering technician maintenance training at all experience levels
• Ability to lead, instruct, and mentor
• Support development of technician certification testing
