Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 years of related manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years direct experience working with Systems and Electrical.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job and classroom training in assembly and production areas.
• Develop and implement new training programs and processes.
• Maintain rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records.
• Provide technical support to ASTAR/JET teams and production functions.
