You will deliver hands-on demonstrations, refine course materials with academic leadership, and provide personalized mentorship while enforcing safety across labs, focusing on power distribution, circuits, and conduit bending.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on electrical trades experience.
• Experience troubleshooting single- and multi-phase commercial systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication; ability to explain concepts to diverse learners.
• H.S. diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate an engaging classroom atmosphere that fosters student growth and deepens technical proficiency in electrical theory.
• Deliver hands-on demonstrations to ensure students gain practical competence in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
• Collaborate with academic leadership to modernize course materials and keep curriculum aligned with industry advancements.
