Responsibilities

• Plans a program of study meeting students' needs in electrical trades, safety protocols, and real-world applications.
• Implements a comprehensive electrical curriculum aligned with district and NJ state standards.
• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials for electrical topics and practical learning experiences.
• Conducts ongoing assessments and modifies instruction to meet individual needs, including students with disabilities.
• Maintains safety protocols and conducts regular safety inspections of tools and labs.
• Communicates with parents and staff on pupil progress and behavior.
