Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Project Manager Lead for Tool Hookup Electrical to oversee electrical tool hookup projects on the production floor and sub-fab. Lead and mentor project managers, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure safe, on-schedule installations in a semiconductor environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on field leadership, adherence to NEC/NFPA 70 and NFPA 70E standards, and driving quality in electrical distribution, instrumentation, and control hookups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required; CCM or CAPM/PMP a plus.
• 2+ years in semiconductor cleanroom or industrial electrical construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical tool hookup projects and mentor project managers.
• Coordinate field handoffs between facility teams and installation crews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule progress on the cleanroom floor.
