Job summary

Vertiv seeks a qualified electrical testing engineer to perform testing and maintenance of power distribution systems, including relay calibration and power metering through 15 kV. The role involves generating detailed project reports, supporting billing, and contributing to business development.

The position requires a BSEE/BSME or equivalent, NETA certification, NEC/OSHA knowledge, and willingness to travel internationally. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; entry to mid-level role.
Experience with NEC, OSHA, NFPA knowledge is preferred.
NETA exam passed as part of qualification.
Willing to travel up to several weeks internationally.

Responsibilities

Perform all testing and maintenance of electrical power distribution systems.
Troubleshooting, relay calibration, and load recording instrumentation usage.
Test power systems up to 15 kV class and perform related studies.
Write detailed project reports and assist billing.
Engage in business development and client proposals.
