ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Electrical Testing Engineer for the New Castle, PA area. The role bridges field execution with engineering analysis, documentation, and project coordination, advancing from technician-level work toward leadership of testing projects.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant electrical engineering degree, NFPA 70E certification, and 3 years of testing experience. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and client-facing reporting in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• NFPA 70E certification required within 90 days of hire.
• 3 years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, or related field.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and one-line diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing and diagnostics on commercial, industrial and utility systems.
• Prepare accurate, professional test reports and commissioning documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead field testing activities and support planning for outages.
• Develop and maintain field data and calibration records.
• Mentor Engineering Test Technicians and aid in process improvements.
