Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for Electrical Testing & Commissioning in Bethel, CT. You will lead field and office teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality, safe execution of high-voltage testing projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical testing experience.
• NETA certification (Level II or III preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and power systems knowledge
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings
• Leadership, communication, and customer-facing experience
• Compensation: $40-$50+/hour based on experience and certifications
• Annual performance bonus (typically equivalent to 2+ weeks of pay)
