RESA Power, LLC seeks a Service Branch Manager- Electrical Testing in Boise, ID to lead daily operations, mentor technicians, and coordinate bids and field work. The SBM ensures safety, profitability, and exceptional client service while driving growth for the location.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of related experience, knowledge of NETA/NEC/OSHA/NFPA, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Competitive pay includes up to 15% bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA standards.
• Experience with MCCs, breakers, relay testing or related training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Boise location.
• Hire, train, and mentor direct reports; conduct reviews and develop goals.
• Schedule work and coordinate with other managers for larger jobs.
• Prepare quotes, perform job walks, review test reports, and ensure quality.
• Maintain customer relationships and communicate with clients and vendors.
