Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Engineering Technician to join the HIL & Electronics Automated Test (HEAT) team. You will instrument PCBAs, assemble test fixtures, and troubleshoot test systems to support firmware development and validation.

The role requires hands-on electronics assembly, SMT/PTH rework, and operation of scopes, meters, and power supplies. Join a fast-growing brand in a culture focused on disruptive hardware innovation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience in electronics testing.
• 2+ years experience in PCB rework and repair.
• Experience with test equipment and data collection for engineering tests.

Responsibilities

• Assemble test fixtures and prototype electronics for test and evaluation in a low volume / high mix environment.
• Repair and rework assemblies to support prototype development and testing.
• Operate lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, meters.
• Conduct tests and collect data using software and hardware tools.
• Prepare timely reports of test results and recommendations.
