Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division in El Paso, TX seeks a Test Engineering Technician - 2nd Shift to support engineers in setup, operation, and calibration of electrical test equipment used to manufacture Eaton products.

You will collect data, document test results, assist in troubleshooting, and help implement improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; shift 4:00pm-12:45am.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Technical Certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or testing environment.
• No relocation benefit offered; candidates must reside within the immediate area (50 mile radius).

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of test equipment and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
• Support troubleshooting of test failures and yield issues.
• Collect and record test data accurately for analysis.
• Follow test procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain calibration records and manuals.
• Assist in training operators on basic test equipment usage.
