Job summary

Schneider Electric in Ohio is hiring an Electrical Test Technician to support the assembly and testing of electrical contacts in a manufacturing setting focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You will gain hands-on experience with electrical assemblies, testing, and troubleshooting while learning to operate automated equipment.

The role offers first and second shifts with a $2.00/hour differential for some shifts, benefits from Day 1, a 401(k), PTO, and opportunities to grow

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical contacts and components according to established specifications and procedures.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Perform basic testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve assembly issues.
  • Operate and support automated assembly equipment and production systems.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and help identify potential issues before they impact production.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency, quality and reduce waste.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment following all safety procedures.

  • 1st Shift
  • 2nd Shift - $2.00/hour shift differential
  • Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday)
  • Starting Pay: $27/hour
