A leading aerospace manufacturer based in Texas is looking for an Electrical Test and Reliability Engineer to design, develop, and test solutions for the world's largest network of ground stations in the Starlink project. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical engineering and experience in reliability engineering. This position involves hands-on support during design qualification and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering.
Experience with environmental testing such as HALT/HASS.
Strong understanding of electronics reliability, manufacturing, and failure mechanisms.
Responsibilities
Design and execute novel electrical test solutions for ground antennas.
Perform detailed failure analysis of ground antenna hardware.
Work closely with engineers from adjacent disciplines.
