Job summary

Responsibilities include creating test fixtures, collaborating on testability requirements, and wiring systems with Python, LabVIEW, and PLCs.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; GPA 3.3+ or AAS with industry experience.
• Internship experience required for entry level candidates.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment and lab instruments (oscilloscopes, DMMs, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficient technical documentation skills.
• Excellent professional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and fabricate test fixtures for development, qualification, and production of equipment.
• Collaborate with the product team to design for testability and transition products to manufacturing.
• Design, lay out, assemble, and test PCBs for various applications.
• Develop and maintain data acquisition systems, automated test scripts, and GUIs using Python, LabVIEW, PLC, Visual Studio, and/or C/C++.
• Program microcontrollers to interface with peripherals using common communication protocols.
• Oversee mechanical integration and fabrication of custom test fixtures.
