Job summary

V2X Aerospace Solutions in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Test Engineering team. The role focuses on design, repair, and maintenance of test equipment for military hardware, with collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in electronics, experience with bench top test gear, and strong problem-solving skills. A US Secret clearance or ability to obtain it is required; some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of electronics experience with a strong technical background.
• Experience using bench top test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Signal Generator, Frequency Counter, Power Meter, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer).
• Comfortable using basic hand tools for repairs.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to use analytical tools to analyze and simulate hardware testing methods.
• Familiarity with HW/SW integration and test processes and procedures.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to interface with multiple disciplines and job functions.
• Experience working in a process-oriented organization.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance; US citizenship required.
• Some travel may be required.
• US citizenship / Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of new production and repair processes for military hardware.
