Job summary

V2X Aerospace Solutions in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Electrical Engineer to join the Test Engineering section of the Hardware Engineering team. The role covers design, improvement, repair, and maintenance of test equipment for a manufacturing and depot-level repair facility.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in electronics, strong bench test skills, and experience with HW/SW integration, schematics, and test procedures. US citizenship with Secret clearance or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of electronics experience.
• Experience using bench top test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, function generator, signal generator, frequency counter, power meter, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer).
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel may be required.
• Experience with HW/SW integration and test processes.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of new production and repair processes for military hardware.
• Provide technical support for assemblers and inspectors on the production floor.
• Assist in generating technical documents, such as test procedures and process instructions.
