Job summary

RTX seeks an Electrical Engineer II for 100% onsite work in Tucson, AZ. You will design, integrate, and test RTX products within multidiscipline teams, developing test systems, interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and cost/schedule management.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree and can obtain/maintain a DoD secret clearance. Some experience is welcomed; strong problem solving, writing, and collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integrate Raytheon test products within Test Equipment in multidiscipline engineering teams
• Develop both engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis
• Contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development, and responsible for performing technical, cost and schedule management of assigned projects
• Act, either as a part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products
