What To Expect
We are looking for engineers with experience in hardware bring-up and electrical validation to join our Dojo Hardware team. Your job is to verify that new prototype hardware functions as expected, debug failures, and drive corrective actions to meet high performance and reliability standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day lab operations and support
- Set up hardware benches, equipment, fixtures, and handle system integration
- Debug components, boards, and system failures; document test methodologies; analyze test data; communicate root causes
- Participate in hardware bring-up, execute test plans, and collaborate with mechanical, thermal, design, manufacturing, and software teams
- Contribute to design reviews to ensure testing and validation coverage; improve test methodologies
- Work with Tier1 / Contract Manufacturers on component development and testing strategies, clarifying technical queries
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of hardware validation experience
- Strong knowledge of EE fundamentals, power & signal integrity, clock, and analog/digital circuits
- Experience with schematic design and layout tools
- Proficiency with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNA’s, and thermal chambers
- PCB rework experience

Compensation
Expected salary ranges from $118,320 to $273,480 annually, plus cash and stock awards and benefits. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
