  2. Develop and maintain test automation software for safety, data collection, and analysis.
  3. Design and build custom test equipment like PCBAs, harnesses, and fixtures to enhance validation efficiency and repeatability.
  4. Manage tests from development to execution, coordinate resources, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  5. Work with design partners, reliability teams, and suppliers to root cause test failures and implement corrective actions.
What You'll Bring
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven technical experience through internships, industry, passion projects, or extracurricular activities.
  3. Experience with standard lab equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes, DMMs, etc.).
  4. Coding experience, preferably in Python, for automation and data processing.
  5. Experience debugging and troubleshooting technical issues.
  6. Hands-on approach, system interaction skills, and a passion for automation to improve efficiency.
