• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Physics (with circuit‑lab coursework).
• 1–2 years hands-on lab/testing experience or internship is required.
• Ability to work hands-on in a laboratory environment and use diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute factory testing procedures for modular electrical packages.
• Test, qualify, and troubleshoot electrical power components such as contactors, starters, VFDs.
• Analyze data and write engineering test reports.
