  • Power Component Qualification: Test, qualify, and troubleshoot electrical power components including contactors, wye-delta starters, VFDs, and power distribution blocks.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Instrument test-chassis with diagnostic sensors, analyze electrical performance data, and author detailed engineering test reports.
  • Compliance Verification: Ensure all tested equipment complies with electrical safety codes, quality standards, and client-specific data center requirements.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with design engineers, quality technicians, and laboratory personnel to resolve electrical failures, investigate anomalies, and implement corrective actions.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Testing Aptitude: Deep interest in electrical testing methodologies, instrumentation (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, multimeters), and data acquisition systems.
  • Safety Standards: Basic working knowledge of industrial safety and electrical design standards (such as UL 508, UL 508A, National Electrical Code (NEC), and NFPA 70E).
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose root causes of complex electrical system faults.
