Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to lead development, validation, and troubleshooting of ESE/STE. From design through production testing, you will program automated test stands in C# and interface with test equipment and SQL databases.

The role requires a BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 3+ years of related experience, with strong knowledge of lab equipment and PCB/Schematic work in Altium Designer.

Qualificações

• BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 3+ years related experience.
• Experience with C# programming under .NET is required.
• Experience interfacing computers with electronic instrumentation.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and database design.
• Demonstrated competency in developing automated test software for electronic products.
• Excellent knowledge of standard lab equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes, DMMs).
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills for teammates, test technicians, management, and customers.
• Experience reading electrical schematics for analog/digital circuits.
• Ability to interpret and analyze mechanical/electrical specification requirements and data.

Responsabilidades

• Program automated test stands in C# for electromechanical devices.
• Interface with test equipment and SQL databases for inputs/outputs.
• Support rapid software updates for active development and production tests.
• Provide sustaining engineering on production programs.
• Interpret test data and results.
• Solve engineering problems, investigate failures and take corrective actions.
• Perform Verification and Validation to Technical Requirements.
• Complete schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer.
