Job summary

ASRC Federal System Solutions (AFSS) seeks an ORION Electrical Test Engineer Associate, 3rd shift, to join our team at Kennedy Space Center, FL. You will develop test plans and automated scripts for Orion spacecraft tests and participate in Artemis-related activities.

You will collaborate with systems engineering, software, test labs, manufacturing and NASA, performing tests on current and future flight articles while supporting extended hours and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on electrical, computer, or aerospace test experience.
• Willing to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, procedures and automated test scripts for system and subsystem-level tests.
• Perform test procedure checkout in the Orion Test Labs in Denver and Houston.
• Execute test procedures on Artemis missions and future Orion vehicles.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, software, labs, manufacturing and NASA.
