We are seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to join our Atlas team, leading in robotic innovation. The role involves working with electrical engineers to validate, qualify, and deliver advanced robotics electronics. The ideal candidate can manage multiple development threads in evolving contexts.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and implement test procedures, scripts, and fixtures
• Conduct DVT, reliability, and compliance testing
• Perform data analysis and identify root causes of issues
• Maintain processes for managing test documentation and results
• Drive continuous improvement of design quality and test capabilities

Desired Skills

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout software
• Proficiency in testing and troubleshooting electronics with standard test equipment
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating electro-mechanical test fixtures
• Experience with PCB rework and cable assembly
• Test automation skills using Python and UNIX-like command-line operations
• Knowledge of network communications
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with database integrations
• Familiarity with Solidworks or similar CAD tools
• Experience with compliance testing, emissions, and safety standards
• Knowledge of embedded firmware (C/C++)
• Experience working with robots or robotic systems
