Job summary

Elliot Services in Lexington, Kentucky, is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for electrical and telecommunications construction projects. You will analyze project requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and support pre-construction activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contract documents.
• Experience with B2W Estimate estimating software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials and labor related to electrical and telecommunications systems.
• Manage and coordinate bid information among clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and distribute scope letters and project quotations.
• Assist Project Managers during the pre-construction phase.

Skills

Basic knowledge of the electrical trade

Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
