Job summary

Cyber Technology Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Technician for custom residential projects in the Scottsdale area. The role involves day-to-day preparation, installation, and maintenance of medium to low voltage wiring, control, and lighting systems on-site.

You will work under the Electric Field Supervisor, support high-end clients, and help improve processes. Open to various experience levels, with preference for residential construction and Lutron lighting control experience.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience, especially custom/high-end sites.
• Experience with lighting control systems, specifically Lutron.
• Open to a range of skill levels and experience.

Responsibilities

• Installation of residential electric wiring and applications, including underground, rough-in, and trim.
• Supports and contributes to the highest level of service and care for clients.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement within processes.
• Builds strong relationships with employees through proactive, clear communication.

Job description

Electrical Technician - Custom Residential

The Electrical Technician is involved in the day-to-day preparation, installation, and maintenance of medium to low voltage wiring, control, lighting systems and other equipment based on the overall scope of the project. This position is a full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to the Electric Field Supervisor. The responsibilities, duties and expectations of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation of residential electric wiring and applications, including but not limited to underground, rough-in, and trim
• Supports and contributes to the absolute highest level of service and care of our clients
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and/or clarity within all processes within Cyber, regardless of department, role or responsibility
• Builds strong relationships with all employees through proactive, consistent, clear, kind communication
• Review project information, as provided, to ensure correct information is captured and noted
• Exhibits strong communication skills and takes ownership of timely follow-up with clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Open to a range of skill levels and experience
• Experience in residential constructions, specifically custom/high end sites is a big plus
• Experience with lighting control systems, specifically Lutron, is also a big plus

Monday to Friday, on-site/in the field
W-2, Full time, eligible for OT
