Job summary

Closure Systems International, Inc. in Crawfordsville, IN, is seeking a skilled technician to support production by repairing machinery and performing electrical/electronic work.

You will set up, check and audit production equipment and maintain safety standards on the shop floor. The role requires a two-year degree in electronic technology or related experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel to customer sites if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2-year degree in electronic technology or equivalent experience.
• Must build electrical/electronic components used in production machines.
• Must troubleshoot electrical/electronic components in production equipment.
• Willing and able to travel to customers to troubleshoot problems if required.
• Dexterity and eye-hand coordination; ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Support the production shift through machine repairs to restore product flow.
• Perform set-ups, checks and audits on production equipment (Cameras, Image printers, etc.).
• Build, repair and modify electrical/electronic equipment in machinery and projects.
• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and written.
• Wear required safety gear and participate in training programs.
