Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an Electrical Technician to help keep our manufacturing lines running smoothly. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and production equipment, and perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.

A 16-month accredited program is required, with preferred experience in corrugated manufacturing. Safety, teamwork, and the ability to work overtime are important for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 16-month program from an accredited institution is required.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Experience reading machine part lists, schematics, and blueprints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of machinery by performing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues with production personnel and external vendors as needed.
• Document actions and irregularities; communicate clearly with team and use CMMS to log work.
