You will train for a future shift electrician role while supporting safety standards and daily plant operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment, providing shift support, and assisting with SOPs, JSAs, and lockout procedures.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be promoted to shift electrician position.
• Substantial knowledge of the Cardinal Life Saving Programs.
• Previous electrical installation, controls, networking, or maintenance experience
• Must be able to read electrical prints.
• Hazard awareness and recognition.
• Self-starting, eager to learn and seek guidance.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the highest standards of safety values and beliefs.
• Troubleshoot and repair all electrical equipment.
• Provide shift support, as necessary.
• Assist with creation and validation of SOPs, JSAs, and Lock Out Procedures.
• Train with shift personnel.
• Perform electrical tasks under supervision of an electrician.
