Qualifications

• Two years or more of experience in electrical repair and diagnostics.
• Basic hand tools are required.
• Mechanical skills and aptitude.
• Understand electrical diagrams and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test subassemblies and refurbish electronics per drawings.
• Troubleshoot, repair and test critical electrical components.
• Complete electronic/mechanical assemblies by scheduled date and ensure build schedules.
• Build wire harnesses per the drawings.
• Document serial numbers for refurbished and new assemblies.
• Assist with inspection of returned equipment and determine parts needed for reassembly to latest revisions.
• Check for credit card transactions that may be locked in collection devices and ensure timely processing.
• Assist in picking and packaging of equipment and staging for shipment and perform quality inspections prior to shipment.
• Maintain point of use inventory for each manufacturing cell.
• Complete job packet paperwork accurately to document configurations and inventory counts.
• Keep work area clean and observe all safety rules.
