Job summary

InCharge Energy is seeking an Electrical Technician II to support field service, including installing AC level 2 EV chargers and diagnosing electrical issues. You will travel regionally, complete turnkey installations, and maintain safety standards while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of electrical construction experience, OSHA 10, and strong customer-focused communication. Procore experience and travel readiness are a plus; CDL and ASE are desirable.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• OSHA 10 Card required or ability to obtain OSHA 10 in 120 days of hire.
• Associate’s degree or higher in an applicable technical field is desirable.
• ASE or other applicable certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of NEC and local regulations.
• Panel work: deenergized installing breakers and labeling circuits.
• Identify and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
• Install emergency drivers, contactors, and time clocks; troubleshoot EMS systems.
• Create and maintain project documentation in Procore and Salesforce.
