Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install electrical infrastructure, systems, and devices; provides on-the-job training to supervised inmates.
• Performs preventive maintenance, tests, logs, and keeps records for electrical systems per guidelines.
• Repairs and modifies complex electronic equipment and operates, repairs, and calibrates testing equipment.
• Plans and organizes work, requisitions necessary parts, and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Prepares reports, maintains custody and control of supervised inmates, participates in staff training.
