Job summary

InCharge Energy is seeking an Electrical Technician II to support the service needs of its customers from the Fort Worth area. The technician will install and maintain AC Level 2 EV chargers, run conduit, wire, and troubleshoot electrical infrastructure, while ensuring safety and timely field delivery.

You will travel regionally (25-50%), engage with clients professionally, and document work in Procore and Salesforce.

Qualifications

1-3 years electrical construction in commercial/industrial settings.
OSHA 10 Card required or ability to obtain OSHA 10 within 120 days of hire.
Associate degree or higher in an applicable technical field is desirable.
ASE or other applicable certifications are desirable.
CDL or ability to obtain is highly desirable.
Experience with EV charging systems and renewable energy is preferred.
Strong safety awareness and client-facing communication.
Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Run conduit, wire, and install AC Level 2 EV chargers at customer sites.
Diagnose and repair electrical infrastructure and perform preventative maintenance.
Document work in Procore and Salesforce; follow safety standards and procedures.
Travel regionally up to 50% and support EPC field activities.
